PANDAV RETREAT

Stayed at Pandav Retreat from 15 to 17 Sept with family. It's a good, clean and pleasant boutique hotel. The rooms are sufficiently specious for a family of 4. The food was delicious. The staff are very cooperative, punctual and responsive. Not too far from the main town. Don't expect a playing area for kids as it's not a resort. The Jacuzzi on the terrace added more fun to our stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights & 1 day. Rooms are clean but a bit compact, and washroom hygiene is well maintained. The rooftop is nice, though monkeys around can be a little troublesome. Food was okay – clean and tasty but slightly oily. Staff is friendly, but service is quite slow – even basic requests like lukewarm water took time. There’s no pool, only a Jacuzzi, which is chargeable and requires prior intimation. Overall, a decent stay but slightly overpriced . I would rate it 3.5/5

A comfortable stay, perfect location food is also Good. if you want a jacuzzi in your room then book a premium room.

Hotel is very good with a plenty of parking as there is an open ground in front. Rooms and ambience is also best and it is based on colonial theme. Food taste is good but it can be made less oily.

The hospitality of the hotel was average. The staff there was not pro-active enough and didn’t understand the requirements we were asking for. No effort was put in to make us feel comfortable and instead of entertaining our complaints eveytime they came up with one excuse or the other.

hotel is excellent for family gateways,stayed there for 3 days with my family,hotels staff is well experienced and polite, cleanliness everywhere,rooms beautiful and same as shown in app details,location is jst to perfect for tour,and food is amazing 😍...will recommend to all

It's a small property with good interiors. As tariff was high I thought it must be a big property. Also, we have to ask for everything like toiletry products. Nothing was there in the toilet. Though it was a three star property. Also, their food delivery is very slow. Have to long wait for the dishes even if ordered during our lunch and dinner. However, food quality and taste was good. Quantity of the food can be improved compared to the price.

We had a pleasant family stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the room service was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. Although there’s no swimming pool and non-veg food is not available, the vegetarian food was delicious. A jacuzzi is available but chargeable. Overall, a peaceful and hygienic place with great hospitality for families.

We stayed at the property for two days and experienced two different rooms during our stay. I must say, everything from the cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms to the quality of the amenities was excellent. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the surrounding area was peaceful and serene—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We opted for all meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The staff at the reception and restaurant were warm, cheerful, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. As a couple, we truly enjoyed the hospitality and comfort provided. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area—it’s a fantastic choice for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Food is good and सर्विस is also very good And location of पांडव retreat is also बूटीफुल which मेक me feelgood फैसिलिटी is also good by retreat एंड स्टॉफ बेहेवियर is also very good

Neat and clean rooms. Amenities are also good. Staff also have professional culture. Was given ground floor room with no view. I expected scenic view as per detail in MMT

Well the hotel was really very clean and have very good ambiance..the food quality is average and room service is ok. If you are planning to reach there before 2 pm they usually don’t allow to check in before the time.its very near to booking station for gypsies. Overall a nice experience

The hotel is the best and the location is very nice and peaceful, service is best, price is comfortable but off season, staff behaviour is good, the food and service were also perfect, the room and bathroom are clean

It was very great experience in their love the facilities and love the ambience and mostly love the jacuzzi.

Stay was good, staff was very helpful, food was fantastic. Just a few points : smell of dampness in room, price is quite high for the amenities and overall experience they provide in comparision to other hotels like neelam foresteria

Not at all worth the price. The rooms are very small, no proper accessories. They are charging for complementary snacks and that to double the mrp. The service and facilities they are providing is not up to the price they are charging. They even don’t allow early checkin even if is of 1 hour early. The equipments were not working
