Very Bad Experience 😔

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel express 11.It has great location near to railway station. Hotel is aclean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast variety, and helpful staff. Facilities like lawn for walk was well-maintained.

Good spread of breakfast and good customer service.

Reception staff rude and inexperienced. Food is horrible. Breakfast ok and staff in restaurant is very good.

Overall it was nicer experience to stay in this property, neat and clean rooms and food was amazing, staff was courteous and friendly.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood in itarsi, express11 hotel was clean and comfortable with a great staff.

Stayed here after visiting pachmadi. The location is approx 2 km from the railway station. Goldmark cinema hall is near to the hotel. Food and service was good. The room in block b has windows just opposite the tv screen so the reflection of the window can be seen on screen while watching tv which causes distraction. Maybe the hotel should change the curtain colour from white to black. It was a comfortable stay.

Location is on the highway, ample space for car parking, room size are good, cleanliness is up to the mark, food is delicious and last staff behavior is good

This is a boutique hotel located on the main road. It has an in-house restaurant which serves excellent punjabi food. The rooms are big enough with a big washroom, so very specious and very clean, which was great. Excellent breakfast

overall it's a good hotel.hardly 7min distance from itarsi junction. it's a pure veg hotel for people having only vegetarian choice.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff was cordial. Rooms were very clean hygienic with impressive surrounding. Even the newspaper of the current date was served. Food was delicious. You will have a feeling of satisfaction for your money.
