POOR EXPERIENCE ON SERVICES

LOCATION IS VERY GOOD AND SILENT. FOOD IS ALSO GOOD. SERVICES & AMINITIES HAVE SOME PROBLEM. I HAD TAKEN THE BREAKFAST ONLY PLAN. MR REFUSED ME FOR ROOM SERVICES DINNER. I COMPLAINT ON RECEPTION THEN OTHER STAFF PROVIDED ME DINNER. WHY THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON SAID NO TO ME FOR ROOM SERVICE DINNER? IF I AM PAYING THE TOTAL BILL AND I WAS UNDER THE TIME LIMITATIONS OF THTHASTU RESORT. SECONDLY, WHY THE STAFF CHARGING RS.1600 EXTRA FOR GYPSY PICK UP AND FROP? MISS MADAM, HAVING SO MUCH ATTITUDE & EGO ON THE BOARD OF TATHASTU RESORT. SOME ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN ON HER. HOW TO SPEAK HOW TO HELP TO CUSTOMERS SHE DOESNT KNOW. I TOLD ON THE SAFARI ENTRY GATE TO SEND GYPSY IN THE MORNING AND I ALSO TOLD TO THATASTU RECEPTION STAFF FOR GYPSY. ACTUAL COST FOR GYPSY PICK UP AND DROP IS 3500 GYPSY CHARGES+480 GUIDE CHARGES & 1000 FOR PICK UP & DROP T RESORT. TOTAL 4980. BUT MADAM CHARGING 6600 FOR PICK UP & DROP. WHY SHE IS TAKING RS.1600 MORE FROM CUSTOMERS. NO ANY HELP RECEIVED FROM HOTEL STAFF AND GATE. GATE INCH ALSO INVOLVED IN 1600 RS. PLZ TAKE SOME ACTION REGARDING THIS. WE ARE PAYING TOO HIGH ROOM RENT ALREADY BUT NO ONE HELPING CUSTOMERS REG THIS MENTIONED SERVICE. GYPSY PICK UP DROP RATE SHOULD BE 3500+480 GUIDE+1000 FOR PICK UP AND DROP. IF U R NOT PAYING 1600 MORE TO RECEPTION COUNTER, U HAVE TO GO TO GATE BY YOUR VEHICLE. I DID THAT. I WAS READT TO PAY 1000 MORE FOR PICK UP AND DROP. BUT MADAM & STAFF OF RECEPTION COUNTER, THEY WANT 1600 MORE FOR THIS. THEY ARE EARNING FOR SELF. ALL ARE MIXED. I ALSO TOLD ON RECEPTION COUNTER, BUT THEY CANCELLED MY GYPSY FOR THEIR INCOME 1600 ONLY. FROM SO MANY TOURISTS, THEY ARE EARNING 1600 PER GYPSY. THIS SERVICE SHOULD BE FREE TO ALL CUSTOMERS. BEWARE OF MADAM
