Something very disappointing thing about ur services is that when I called ur service no for reconfirmation of my room and restaurant service on 12th july at 4.28pm,the person who received call ,started manipulation and trying to give false information that ur room is now sold out and unavailable, and asked to arrange some other property,that I really thought,,and despite prepayment they are telling that my room is nor available now.Luckily I cut the call ,otherwise I would have cancelled my existing hotel and wud hv tried his offer.and I tried again after approx 1 hr then a honest lady picked up call and she solved my all query.
But the boy who earlier recieved call ,he was trying to sell some other hotel room to me by giving misinformation .I have the recording of that call.u also have
But the mental trauma at last moment I had ,was terrible. I thing OYO should pay me full refund for all this trauma that I get at last moment of my journey.
I hope the strict action on that boy will be taken and blacklisted,who are burden on the OYO.
I am not going to book any hotel in future and will tell to all my known also,so that other can't have this kind of trauma. And the Room I stayed had sealen from walls.
