Property is good. They provided us cottages surrounded by a garden and jungle behind but the room service is worst. Waiters dont pick call like they dont want to work. Mr. Mehndi is fine and cooperative but some waiters are workshurkers. Overall experience was ok ok.

groupI randomly picked this hotel & booked 7 rooms for 20 people. The staff was very cooperative. I appreciate manager mr. Mehandi for good hospitality & arrange other stuff for our group. Thanks for guiding & arrange safari & other suggestion. Food was also tasty. All rooms & bathrooms are very specious. A big lawn & play area for kids is added attraction for customer. It was a great stay, i will definitely recommend my acquaintances for selecting hotel ark in pachmarhi.

Every thing it was different. Though the property is good, big rooms, even food is also good but, there is a wifi but not in your room, for this facility you have to go at particular places. There is a good bathroom but no liquid, empty bottles. There is intercom telephone but not working. There are towels but it were too dirty. And no no no peace because of late night party with too loud noises.

familyPleasant staying experience with family (including kid & senior citizens) with ark resorts. Very supportive staff & homely atmosphere. All the extended supports like - site seeing, travel, safari arrangements are available door steps. The best part is their kitchen for homely food, though i missed the nonveg availability. Small services like uninterrupted hot water supply, property housekeeping can be improved further.

Booked super deluxe room, no facility in the room, water dipping from ceiling, staff was arrogant, asked to change the room then provided lower category room with zero facilities against the advance payment for a super deluxe room.

It was a comfortable stay in ark residency. Room size is really good, clean and hygienic. The location is very good surrounded by trees. Just some negative points i would like to add they take long for breakfast serving. You can consider this property if you are traveling with family.

Clean and big size room, amazing place with many amenities, it includes rooms with or without balcony, hot water, garden, outdoor sitting and bonfire(extra charges applicable. Staff is co-operative and prepares amazing breakfast recommend to include buffet breakfast with package. As other places doesn't offer such a good food. Moreover, bathrooms are clean and hygienic that it won't feel far from home. Overall budget will be little higher than general hotel but it will be compensated by food, location and quality of all the service.

We had a great stay at the arc residency. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager mr. Khan is very co-operative. Rooms are spacious and are regularly cleaned. Amenities provided are optimal. All in all, it's a good choice at this price range.

Despite asking for the room cleaning, the floors were not wiped, towels and soaps were not changed. These are the basics which are a part of room cleaning. The surroundings were nice however, the food was not up to the mark. I had ordered baigan bharta but it was not a baigan bharta but kind of mashed baigan sabzi without any spices.
