Property was very nice. Rooms were very big. Hotel staff were very cautious. Food was outstanding. Very delicious food. However the cost of food stuffs were high as compare to other places and looking to the destination. The location of the property was also very good. Enjoyed a lot.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Food was great and the staff was so courteous and enjoyed serving customers. Regarding house keeping, the staff was doing day to day operations on time as and when scheduled or requested. Would recommend any day.

The food was good... property was also too good. However, a few areas that required more attention was: 1. There was no hot water available on one of the days of stay...2. the tv was also not working properly

Golf View is an excellent property, cleanliness, all 100% veg food, prompt service. Location is also great, central to most of the points. Staff is very friendly, we stayed for 2 nights, staff help us plan our day 1 and day 2 sightseeings properly to cover maximum sights and have maximum fun. I will highly recommend this property. Cost of food is on a bit higher side, but for 100% veg and qty of food seems okay. But can be reduced. Breakfast and variety in breakfast is also great.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. It has a good location, large well maintained garden, nice rooms and well mannered staff

Lovely stay at the welcome heritage. The location was good heart of town. Property had old world charm to it. The staff was courteous, smiling & eager to service. The best part was the food prepared a good team lead by chef ravi thakur. Amazing food we savored some dishes that we have not had before. Good job

mixed experience at golf view pachmarhi ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ golf view pachmarhi is undeniably a charming property with commendable service and excellent food offerings. the staff's courteous demeanor and the overall ambiance of the property make for a memorable stay. however, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired, especially given the premium pricing. in our room, the plumbing fixtures were broken, and the hot water supply was erratic, making it challenging to enjoy basic amenities comfortably. for the amount charged, one would expect a higher standard of upkeep and maintenance to ensure a seamless experience. while the hospitality and culinary excellence deserve appreciation, the lack of attention to room maintenance detracted significantly from the value derived from our stay. a little more focus on maintaining the physical aspects of the property would make golf view pachmarhi a truly exceptional destination

The whole experience of our stay was very relaxing. The food, room service, and hospitality of the staff is worth mentioning.

Hotel's staff was cooperative. Even kids enjoy much. Staff is always ready to help. And nice interiors and all facilities are upto mark. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall very good experience.
