Terrible Stay
Family Room 1 AC was not working, when asked we were told it's a technical error, we managed washrooms didn't had shampoo, shower gel and liquid hand wash was empty and they didn't care to fill before our check in, washrooms had a lot of flys, mosquito etc!! second day AC was still not working and was told again technical issue, why can't you get it fixed next day morning?? Breakfast was served without any juice or eggs when asked for it, we were told it would be extra charges?? I mean WTF ??

Nice Experience but whether was too hot in April
The staffs are very polite.property was good but some improvements are required.We have visited in the Month of April and the climate was too hot.Not much is there to see and 1 day trip is sufficient.

Location of cottage is very nice, surrounded by forest. Food quality is very good. Service is also good. The cottages are however 20 km away from main city.

Excellent Stay
The rooms were spacious and neat and clean. It’s an excellent facility for a family to spend time. The staff were very courteous and the food was delicious. Overall, we had excellent stay.

Terrible Stay
familyIt was worst ever experience. Not advisable for family stay. Rooms were full of insects, worms and spiders. No wifi in rooms and no network. Not at all value for money. We booked for two nights and it became difficult for us to even spend one night and we didn't stay there for the next day.

Facilities not according to the rates no proper basic amenities rates too high. Hot water facilities not available.

Poor Stay
groupProperty is nearly 20 km far away from main location. Cottages are gud but wifi is not working in rooms. Food is discent swimming pool not safe to swim becoz for no clearness water.

Average Stay
Cottages are good, location and hospitality is also fine. Food taste is good and must try. But i would like to suggest some areas where they can improvise. First thing first is service, they are a little slow, you need to speed it up buddy. Second is the internet, they have only wifi available in the dining area and that is also not working. Third is evening can lighten up, they have a very dull atmosphere. Little music can put place on fire, i understand forest rules but you can also amend these things within rules.

Excellent Stay
Property is located on route to pachmadhi basically 20 kms ahead of pachmadhi but a coolest location you will find in pachmadhi, food was best in class, the food was so fresh that i have never found anywhere till date, aminities were also good, neat and clean toilet fixtures, bath towels, bed sheets, ac, dining area with thematic ambience, particularly it was the home away from home, with the joy of village theme. Great place to stay looking to visit again in future
