THE MADHAI RESORT

Actually the property and kids play was good but as far as food is concerned its below average

The rooms were not clean enough, toiletries were not provided as mentioned earlier, food was not good. There was no pathway to reach room, it was very muddy because of rainy season, had to reach the room by jumping on the bricks.

The hygiene was very bad, room very dirty, food was prepared in a very unclean way and the charges of food were very high and quality was pathetic and the washroom was stained and dirty and pathetic

Beautiful property I got garden view room food was excellent thanks to Mr.Ankit (owner) for guiding us about the safari well managed property staff was curious to help for everything thanks a lot to entire staff for making my stay comfortable & beautiful...☺️

Limited food options, basic facilities, not enough staff, rooms are big. Dining area is very hot in summer, you will get soaking wet while having food. No intercom.

Place is tidy and clean.location is nearby to safari starting point.rooms were spacious.food offered was good.they also arrange breakfast for safari.hotel manager is kind.staff was also good.both wc and indian style toilets available in rooms.

Our stay at The Madhai Resort was truly excellent. The location is beautiful and offers a peaceful, close-to-nature experience. The kids really enjoyed the play area, which added a lively touch to the place. The staff were incredibly supportive, courteous, and always ready to help. The food was absolutely delicious – we all loved it. Overall, The Madhai Resort is a fantastic and budget-friendly option for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property was horrible. Things and activities mentioned in the booking voucher were missing. Very upset after paying such a handsome amount.

I recently stayed at the madhai resort and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is situated in madhai district narmadapuram making it convenient for exploring the forest and wildlife area. The check-in process was very smooth and the staff was well mannered and helpful. I was greeted warmly and my room was ready ahead of schedule. The room was big and spacious. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed or the nice view from the resort. The hotel offers restaurant and in-house activities. I enjoyed staying there and enjoyed meal. The food was very delicious. The staff was helpful and professional. They went out of their way to provide excellent service. I would recommend the madhai resort to anyone looking to stay with family, couples, and friends. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good food quality, good room service, excellent location

Very good place to stay, near to the tiger reserve. There are 12 rooms, two adults and two children can easily accommodate, they also provide food on demand

It's is not value for money charges are not worth as per facility provided no toiletirues provided poor house keeping even ro water is not available

Geyser not working, no bathroom amenities, basin tap not working properly, ac was mediocre, understaffed, bathroom not good, only behaviour of staff was good. Price is too high. Service not good

Resort should be more productive. Nothing to do at resort. Only 2 staff at resort. No landline phone in room to call the reception.

Small but secluded premises, with large rooms and washroom makes it a value for money. Friendly and caring staff.

This place is best for an outing and worth single penny, the staff is a one man army and so humble loved his hospitality. This place is just 1km from the river and safari booking. But is a great place to stay the villa are spacious and well designed. Loved it thankyou team the madai resort will soon visit again, say my thanks to the staff.

Stay was comfortable, food quality is good
