Dear MMT I have planned many journeys with MMT but this time it surprised me that only what MMT showed on its app was not found in reality. Out of 4 rooms as shown in the pic of the app, only 1 room is provided as MMT claimed. The remaining 3 rooms were dirty, filthy with bad smells, unavailability of water. So first of all pls raise the issue with the concerned and initiate a compensation for this experience at the earliest.

It was a comfortable stay, bed were clean and water was hot when required. Recommended stay location, everything you will need, shops breakfast lunch and dinner are all just beside the Collection O Arvind Marg Pachamarhi.

Staff behaviour was good, cleanliness was upto the mark

Great Collection O Arvind Marg Pachamarhi with great services. The room was tidy, and the pool area was just right for lounging around. Had fun here!
