The bath room is unhygenic,commode has no water gun and the staff are not cooperative.No wifi ,even though it is mentioned in the brochure.

The Hotel was nice with great ambience..Food was Tasty....Hotel staff was humble ..polite and supportive.... Service is excellent...The Hotel is situated at the Prime location and one can easily access to nearby market....The most I loved this place is food n cleanliness....surely love to visit again and again

The only annoying thing is the stinking foul smell in the room and toilet. The room and hotel staff were good. The bathroom needs more cleaning.

Stay good. Fire exit point not described. In case of fire, there will be chaos and need to be prepared to evacuate the area and be ready for the next move

The hotel staff was not co-operative charge 50 rs for parking and forced to check out at gov-en time

Stay at Hotel Pachmarhi was really very good experience with very neat and clean room, very good housekeeping and food service service. This hotel is Family oriented and kids can ride bicycle and enjoy aquerium. Owner and staff is very supportive.

Hotel Pachmarhi is in the middle of the city. All tourist point is near by and connectivity is with every place. There is a market near the hotel or there are restaurants to eat. The best part is that they are toys for kids. Seeing which children become happy. There is only one problem in the hotel, there is no parking and they provide car parking in government parking near to the hotel and you have to pay for it also. overall hotel is good & it's good experience.

The stay was below average. The exorbitant cost of the hotel could easily get me a kind of resort elsewhere. Property was too old. Good think was rooms were spacious. Tv size was not matching with respect to the room size. Bathrooms were of old type. There was no paper rolls available. Shower was only for display and was not usable. Food was good.

It is a good property for staying at pachmari also some attractions nearby walking within walking distance, but there is little food quality and hospitality wants to improve
