1st time I have felt bad experiences with make my trip. I requested to cancel my booking but MMT clearly denied this request. I also sent my relatives to this hotel directly but the hotel manager rejected his request. Due to a heavy traffic jam in Ujjain me and my family badly stucked in horrible traffic jams almost 8:30 hour that's why our train from ujjain to pipariya left the station before we reached. we asked and requested MMT to cancel my booking and refund the amount but they denied.

Service was not good. Ac not working, tv not working geyser timing is 7am -12am only. Very bed experience

Location: @panchmarhi cantt. Atm, hotels, restaurants etc are available. Food: you may order food in emergency from hotel krishna hygiene: not good hygiene, but ok safety: no safety issues i experienced

Owner of the company helped when my car broken down and provided facilities for its repairing. The hotel is nice and clear. Room service is also good.

Booked for ac rooms but both rooms ac/tv, not working, and parking is not provided by the hotel.
