The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff was polite, service was quick, and the food was delicious. Overall, a pleasant stay and worth 4 stars.

The Hotel people did not give me room in that hotel as I got late & gave me room in some other hotel. So I demand refund of some percentage as I did not get what i booked

I have had the worst experience at this hotel. The place was unhygienic, there was too much smell in every room whichever they showed us, congested to the core, room was bit small for 3 people. most importantly the staff was very u cooperative even if we shared with him that we dint like the room and were forcing us that why don't u like it it's our personal choice afterall. And specially had the worst experience with makem I have had the worst experience at this hotel. Something very disappointing thing about ur services is that when I called ur service no for reconfirmation of my room and restaurant service on 12th july at 4.28pm,the person who received call ,started manipulation and trying to give false information that ur room is now sold out and unavailable, and asked to arrange some other property,that I really thought,,and despite prepayment they are telling that my room is nor available now.Luckily I cut the call ,otherwise I would have cancelled my existing hotel and wud hv tried his offer.and I tried again after approx 1 hr then a honest lady picked up call and she solved my all query. But the boy who earlier recieved call ,he was trying to sell some other hotel room to me by giving misinformation .I have the recording of that call.u also have But the mental trauma at last moment I had ,was terrible. I thing OYO should pay me full refund for all this trauma that I get at last moment of my journey. I hope the strict action on that boy will be taken and blacklisted,who are burden on the OYO. I am not going to book any hotel in future and will tell to all my known also,so that other can't have this kind of trauma. And the Room I stayed had sealen from walls.

very worst worst and worst experience I had from this property there room was not clean thing in the room like rope curtains and many more things was not working and even they don't have proper room service very worst property I seen in Pachmarhi and the receptionist was also very rude I really don't recommend this property to anyone if you want to ruien your trip then only book this profit

AC was not working and the manager could not help. Had to sleep in hot weather. Complementary Breakfast was not given even after showing it in booking details. Manager was not available in hotel and no one was there to take any decision.

Property location is in Bazar. Room was good. Bathroom was clean. No lift in building. There was typical unpleasant smell out side the room. Wifi was not working because of some technical issue.. staff was good. owner of hotel also very good and helpful in all matters..here you can stay with family. Over all good deal in this price….

no wifi no network , room was good n clean toilet was small and service was good n friendly property was near to the city and restaurants , It could have been better if there were wifi.

There is no power backup. once electricity gone, no one will be there to answer when it comes back. There is a huge power cut issue in this hotel. even rooms are totally packed there is no ventilation and windows are permanently closed in all rooms because there is no space to open them outside. Don't book this terrible hotel. rooms are dirty and smells like hell. there is No Lift and hotel has only 10-12 rooms and they make you climb up to 5th floor by stairs. don't spoil your money and book some other good hotels.

That hotel is really very good and also the view from the room is amazing and their staff is also very friendly must visit and also very affordable price

Rooms were average and not up to mark. We got 2 rooms out of which one rooms AC was not working. Only single towel was provided for 2 people when asked for another towel they said only single towel for 1 room.
