hotel facilities are third class

As we had emergency, we tried to cancel booking then it said to book on other date, when we tried that , on every date mostly, it showed already reserved even after 01 year like in March 2026 too

The room was nice clean with ac and balcony. It have a good bathroom with water facility but the location will become better.overall itna has price efficient room with normal location in pqnchmarhi

I had a great experience in the Rajvihar Hotel. All things were great but they should improve their drinking water facility.

Non standard room. Clothes, blanket and pillow are dirty and smelly, not good heigen. Not value to money

1. Location was like a tabela 2. Entrance door bolt was not proper, insecurity becoz of that. 3. Window sliding doors lock was not secure. 4. Room amenities were not sufficient, like, no electric kettle, no heater, no shampoo, moisturizer in the bathroom, 5. Bed mattress was worst. 6. No quilt was there. 7. Blanket provided were shabby.

Staff was polite and also the they allowed outside food. Overall service was good and it was reasonable as well. And they also allowed*

The place is centrally located in the city, making the travel to destinations faster. Moreover, the place suits pretty great to its price and the staff is also very nice. But the washrooms were not very great and did not properly work.

The room was good, and the owner and staff were very polite. However, there was no wi-fi facility in the hotel, and the jio network was terrible, which was a con for me.

The room service was slow, the washroom was congested and the extra blanket was not clean and had holes in it. The balcony view was terrible

The room was nice and clean as well as the service they have provided was awesome. Overall it was a great experience staying there.

Not happy with the attitude of owner. Room's doors are not mentained. Latch of bathroom door was not proper. No photographs were taken.

Hotel & rooms are economy and staff & owner behavior is too good. But rooms decoration is not enough as per requirement of couples. Wall mirror is in old fashion with the wood. There is so many holes in the wall are not repaired while during the install lcd.

Hotel staff is very rude also they didn't provide any facilities as well as this is worst place to stay horrible experience

As mentioned for 4 person then also not proper bedroll provided, no blanket and bed sheets. Fan not working

Overall the good hotel

We had a stay for 02 days at rajvihar hotel and the stay was pleasant. The breakfast dinner buffet was good too surely the humble staff at the restaurant needs an appreciation. Prince, ramachandran very polite person divyanshu and one girl also a best wishes to them. Thank you for every one.
