Review Of Myriad - Tekarees Inn

at the time of booking, it clearly mentioned that breakfast was included in our package. However, when we went for breakfast in the morning, the staff’s behavior was extremely disappointing. They treated us as if we were eating for free, which was very disrespectful. Hospitality is about making guests feel comfortable and valued, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude left a very negative impression on our stay. Even if breakfast is complimentary, it is part of the package we paid for, and guests should be treated with dignity and respect. I strongly request the hotel management to look into this matter and train the staff accordingly so that future guests do not face such unpleasant experiences.

The service wasn’t good, didn’t had proper amenities, untrained staff, poor hygiene as well as they didn’t had proper facilities for dinner and breakfast. All over a worst experience so far.

The hotel is different from what is shown in the pictures. It is an old property. They don’t provide remotes for the AC. The room has a very dim lighting. The lights in bathrooms are even dimmer. Overall the stay was average. It could have been better at this price.
