Review Of HOTEL ROYAL PRESIDENCY INN

I reached at around 9:30 am so they have charged me 500 rs as extra since I don't want to avail this in night asking initially. Rest facility is good

Hotel is in a very nice location. Services were good. I felt a nice experience at my stay in the hotel.l have no photos of my stay.

Terrible experience. I seriously don't understand how MMT list such hotels. However, the staff were good

ROOM WAS SPACIOUS ,AIRCONDITION WAS VERY NOISE, SOME PARTY WAS going on so musical band sound was loud till 3.00 A.M. it was disturbing too much. Staff was cooperative. PLACE NEED CLINESS. BATHROOM & TOILETS WERE NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. EVEN FAN BLADES WERE VERY MUDY. AFTER TWO TO THREE WIPED THE FLOOR OF ROOM.

Hotel rooms were not clean enough. Also, no proper toiletries were present. Towels appeared old. Adding to these the checkin process was a lot time taking. They were overbooked. The hotel is fine just for a night's stay and nothing else.

Hotel washroom is very bed and wash wahan is leakage so used water filling in washroom. Image is not available room no 109 you check and confirm

Excellent location, staff is good, the rooms are how they are depicted in the pictures. The only downside is that you have to go to the third floor for reception. The staff was very nice and ensured privacy. The location is excellent for the price. The only downside was that the soap for bathing and washing hands was not refilled at all
