service is very poor. behaviour of staff is not good this is unextepected. hotel experience not up to the mark

Overall i was staying in this hotel more then 2 yrs but this time i really felt so bad their staff is so rude Service is so poor They need to work on service and rude behaviour on staff

Hyfa overcharged with water bottle billing, service staff was really good. Managers and receptionist very rude. Can do better.

Hotel was very dirty and smelling all over bed shot not changed no any type of staff for cleaning

The hotel staff was quite friendly, services were good , cleanliness and hygiene were maintained properly and professionally.

everything was perfect except the TV was not working else everything was great for the price looks so good

Property is fine. Hotel staf is good and cooperative.the rooms were well laid out. Overall good facility

1.there was a leakage in bathroom. 2.floor wasn't cleaned 3. when we asked for a mortein what they did is a spray in whole room after which we were facing an breathing issues 4. bedsheets and blanket were dirty 5. towel was ribbed

Toilet flush was not worked properly, door lock was broken, telecom was not worked, room floor was not proper clean. Shower was also not work properly. Rest is ok.

Nothing was good here. The rooms were smelling and the bathroom was pathetic and very dirty. There was no coordination in staff and very unprofessional staff. Even the allocation of the room was not proper.

Bathroom equipements are bracken no locking card and key also not working no cleaniness and bad smell in room. Very terrible exp.

Wash room flush is not working,when we reached hotel reception person behaving not good because they think why you book from make my trip,when asked about bill they save my trip will be give.we need sap rate bill of two rooms
