The stay and food was good. The staff was cooperative and nice human beings. The food was very delicious and yummy

Got call asking to cancel the booking then at last made me stay at near by hotel reason shared was water connection issue

Ac was not working. Mattress was also not comfortable. I requested many times to change the room where ac is working well, but they didn't help me out.

Very good with hospitality and welcoming, food were very fresh and hygienic.

Rooms are good but service related to water & other amenities are not in the working condition, free wifi available.

Only one room was fine another was too bad. No hot water coming from geyser. Poor sanitization. Too many mosquito in room. Too bad stay. A home converted to hotel do not recommend!

The location of the hotel is very good, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city in a peaceful location. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is at par and the food is excellent.

Nice it's food is delicious and interior is very nice. Bathroom is neat and clean ac is in proper condition

Location is very interior. Working staff are just a puppet under owner. No cleaning in the room rooms were totally messy with spits all around the walls. Hukka and ganja smells all over. Wall paints were dripping in the room and in the washroom. Too much mosquitos in the room and they don't had the goodnight machine or refills. Nails were exposed in the sofa, my daughter got hurt. Bed was broken, bed sheets was with multiple stains all over. Broken almirah was kept inside room and dusty. Ac remote was not working, had to switch off every time. It was not at all consider to be a hotel. I don't know how come you have included this property in this category. And it wasn't a family hotel at all. I have already raised concern and mailed to you with photos as evidence. Kindly check my mails for further information. I did not stay for 2 day of my booking. It was a security issue for my family. I would like to to request you kindly refund all my money for this booking. It was pathetic stay that ghost house.

You will find ganja smell and drunk people roaming around in hotel. Hotel is not good at all. Very old washroom.

Excellent food, pleasant stay, staff are cordial and polite. You will enjoy the hassle free and relaxing stay here. Rooms are beyond your expectations.

The property has spacious rooms, helpful staff, decently priced. And very well located in gomti nagar. Highly recommended.
