Experience was good staff was good hotel even location was very clean and very calm location stay was wonderful

Properties, very nice location. Location is also very good and the staff PM is very helpful and property clinic. Bus top notch location was also very peaceful and very great day for family and couple. Also thank you.

Not provided mineral water and no AC remote and no geyser and Not provided atleast soap for bathing

there was no food facilities. no gyser bedsheets and blankets were not clean. rooms were small in size than mentioned in booking

staff is very unprofessional, room was full of mosquito, when ask for mosquito repellant staff denied for that , also breakfast include but refuse to serve in morning. better to go to dharmshala instead of this hotel

i did not stay. i am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the abysmal service the room, which looked decent, turned out to be an absolute nightmare. as soon as i entered the hotel premises, i was appalled. the place was shady, with an unprofessional and suspicious atmosphere at the reception. the room itself was beyond disgraceful – smelly, filthy, and completely uninhabitable. the washroom, shockingly, was worse than a public toilet, utterly revolting and unfit for use. to make matters worse, i arrived late at night with my elderly parents, and we felt extremely unsafe and disgusted at the state of the hotel, especially as a woman traveling with my family, at such risk. i had to move my parents out that same night and frantically search for another hotel at an ungodly hour, which caused undue stress and inconvenience.

very poor, very unclean, worst ever hotel, I was so unwell hence couldn't shift after check on, no geyser after 11 am, no mineral water bottle, no clean bedsheet, linen, washroom extremely unclean and leaking, staff unclean, room clean, no health faucet, closet broken unclean,sheets smelling , helped me until this worst property

It was a horrible stay there, no geyser working there, we only got a simple blanket which was not enough to survive in the winters. Only one towel provided in fact we requested for 2. Highly pathetic experience it was.

The room was neat, and the setup was simple. Just what i wanted!the hotel felt safe and secure. I would recommend it to anyone.
