hotel management understand the guest situations , only due to natural calamity contribution we were not gone , then also the hotel not refunded.

The stay and cleanliness, food was good but the food was not so tasty as I want but over all good hote

I had a disappointing experience. I had reserved two rooms — in one, the AC was not functioning. Even after complaints, the staff had assured us that it will start functioning after a while, which never happened. The other room initially gave off a very strong smell of paint, and it was impossible to stay there. They did finally switch rooms, but even the new room was a problem — the bathroom was really dirty and had a foul odor. In general, the hygiene and upkeep were way off. Would not suggest staying here.

Despite being centrally located, the surroundings were calm and peaceful. Rooms & Cleanliness: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured it remained tidy throughout the stay. The view from the balcony was a bonus! Food: The in-house restaurant served a wide variety of dishes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet – a good spread with both local and continental options. Room service was prompt and well-presented. Facilities: The hotel offers a great range of facilities. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped. The spa was a real treat after a long day of exploring. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a big plus and worked without any issues. Staff & Service: The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the front desk for helping me arrange local transportation and sightseeing tips. Overall: A great value for money. I’d highly recommend Hotel Serenity Heights to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again

Overall stay was average. Room and food was better than expectation. Slightly disappointed with the bathroom as drain blockage, geyse and room service was poor/delayed . Found out Via MMT and my colege advised me. Rooms are good and the food quality is superb. Charges are nominal.

Food was okay but staff and other were not properly trained firstly i waited 1hr at reception i reached early but i said them i had mentioned in booking this thing. But they didnt listen. I have to wait . During check out i asked for dinner bill for that also i have to wait 15min they dont have it. Also construction was going in there rooms which was terrible.

Had a very pleasant stay at Sapna Clarks Inn. The location is absolutely prime, making it incredibly convenient. More importantly, every single staff member I encountered was wonderful friendly, helpful, and attentive. Great experience

The stay was alright. Hotel facilities were not upto the mark though. The ac went off quite a few times. Resturant was really good. And the service was really good.

We booked two room, after dinner we entered the room one was smelling like a gutter and floor was dusty. Second one AC was not working room temperature was 32 every time and so dusty and non cleannes, we did not sleep till 1 p.m. then we change the room those was better from previous room so those night was horrible.
