Their kitchen closes at 9 p.m. and in the included breakfast, they just fool you, you will get parantha and tea in it only, I asked for a hard copy of the bill but they refused.

Dear Mr. Pradeep ji, We apologize that your stay was not upto your expectations. The kitchen closes at 10pm. You can order your meals until 9:45 pm as the food preparation takes time. As for the breakfast all our guests are provided with options like, parantha, poha etc. Regarding the bill, since you have made a booking with Make my trip, the bill will be provided by them. We cannot give you the hard copy of the bill.

Good stay in lucknow

I had an early morning flight from Lucknow to Bhubaneswar. Around 2 PM, I was looking for a hotel near the Lucknow airport. Due to the extreme heat, I needed an air-conditioned room. I was with my wife. I searched for Royal Rooms and Banquet on MakeMyTrip. Since it was located quite inside from the main road in Transport Nagar, I initially felt a bit uneasy. However, the warm welcome by the manager at the reception made us feel comfortable, and we proceeded to check the room. His behavior was very good. In the morning, we easily got an Uber taxi. I will always remember this hotel for its comfortable and safe stay.

Food preparation is started only after the guest places their order. The same is also mentioned on our food menu so that the guests can place their orders well in time and not face any inconvenience. The location was 2 km inside the highway in an industrial area with godowns nearby. Entire night loud noises keep coming in the room. No heater etc provided. A light comforter and a blanket were given which was insufficient. I asked them to in advance to keep food for me but they said they couldn't do service at night. (i was traveling from delhi in cold weather in extreme foggy conditions. Morning tea would be available by 9. Not a good experience at this price. Not worth it.

Dear sir, Our hotel is situated in a residential area. There are no godowns but offices nearby and a school opposite to our hotel. As far as loud noises are concerned they were not coming from our hotel but from outside on which we have no control. The heaters are made available as soon as the guest requests the same. We do not keep the heaters in rooms due to safety reasons. For the food arrangements it is clearly mentioned on all our communications that the Kitchen closes at 10PM. All our food is freshly prepared and it takes around 45mins to prepare. The same is mentioned on our food menu so that guests may order well in time and fresh food is served to them. As for morning tea, we keep all the ingredients in the room itself so that the guest can make tea for themselves in case they need to. Also the pictures that you have uploaded with the review are after you have used the room. Even then we apologise if you felt our services were not up to your expectations. We would like to have you at our property again!
