Their kitchen closes at 9 p.m. and in the included breakfast, they just fool you, you will get parantha and tea in it only, I asked for a hard copy of the bill but they refused.

I had an early morning flight from Lucknow to Bhubaneswar. Around 2 PM, I was looking for a hotel near the Lucknow airport. Due to the extreme heat, I needed an air-conditioned room. I was with my wife. I searched for Royal Rooms and Banquet on MakeMyTrip. Since it was located quite inside from the main road in Transport Nagar, I initially felt a bit uneasy. However, the warm welcome by the manager at the reception made us feel comfortable, and we proceeded to check the room. His behavior was very good. In the morning, we easily got an Uber taxi. I will always remember this hotel for its comfortable and safe stay.

Not very tough to locate but was very much inside the transport nagar area parking not available and rooms were not that good and comfortable no ameneties and no breakfast at all and nothing decent near by to have food

As we were traveling from ayodhya to lucknow it was a very short transit stay it was very comfortable

Staff was respectful to the guests. Although the food was alright and usually took a lot of time to be prepared.

The location was 2 km inside the highway in an industrial area with godowns nearby. Entire night loud noises keep coming in the room. No heater etc provided. A light comforter and a blanket were given which was insufficient. I asked them to in advance to keep food for me but they said they couldn't do service at night. (i was traveling from delhi in cold weather in extreme foggy conditions. Morning tea would be available by 9. Not a good experience at this price. Not worth it.
