Can't even explain how they misbehaved on a small matter and the whole hotel is unhygienic and dirty.

Bed experience not recommended to other guy in future

Overall staff was helpful in arranging things and the price was also under budget. Thank you Athiti Inn for your help and extra effort in your services during the stay.
Hotel staff was good and supportive.

I had the worst experience of my life while staying in this hotel. Number of power cuts, Tap was broken, Dirty bedding (Only rearranged with lipstick & some feminine hair of past travelers over pillows). Staff behavior was so rude, They was asking MakeMyTrip booking receipt even after verifying my name through their portal & from my ID card. When i object than they suggest me to cancel the booking. They are far away from basic hospitality service. Please think wisely before booking this hotel?

Hotel was neat and clean... Lunch and dinner was nice... Staff is Cooperative and friendly... Overall a good stay in my budget... Request hotel to just improve on food menu of non veg which don't have variety and felt a bit expensive.

First of all, I would like to say that I chooses this hotel for travelling for 3 days in Lucknow, and I stayed at this hotel, Room was very good, Location was good, Room was very big like name Deluxe Room, And Food was also homely, So I feel liked homely and I said thanks to your cook, for making this awesome food. Staff was also good and they all helped me. Everything was good. Thanks a lot of all !! Hopefully I will come again !!!

It's is an official trip. Hotel is neat & clean and staff are OK. Staying are comfortable. Foods are OK but little costly. Internet connection signal is very poor at room. Booked the room through Make My Trip, room rate should be more competitive.

The hotel staff was very unfriendly and rude. They were less inclined to people who booked through MMT. There was a sick patient with us, they didn't even allowed her to have lunch in the lobby post 12:00 noon. The rooms were also not up to the mark and value for money is 3/10 for this hotel

Came to this hotel with my wife. When I booked them I think that there is a good place, but not! Despite of we booked a room through MMT, they have charged extra for room. Here is very poor manager and staff. Internet work only in reception but connection is bad. Also they want money for everything. Big prices at hotel.

The service and facilities were really good, location is quite cool. There was no disturbance. The staff was coperative. They can improve the quality by more cleaniness in the hotel. WiFi speed must be improve. Overall it was nice experience. Thanks to make my trip :)

Overall, hotel experience is good.. Food quality is not good.. Room size is big.. I stayed for two days.. First time visited Lucknow.. Near to railway station.. Easy.. Free Wi-Fi.. Room no. 203 is good.. Staff is good.. Respond is very fast.. Food quality need to improve.

Very good hotel for a budget stay. Located near the market. Staff is friendly and takes good care of you. They make sure that your needs are fulfilled. Rooms are clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to others.
