The property is at good location, peaceful neighbourhood and close to the highway. Staff is also good but they neglect some customer requirements like they didn't provided soap and body wash. Rooms were clean and hassle-free check in and check out.

staffs are not professional, room is small. complimentary is poha and tea...... Improvements are needed.

I had a tight budget when I scheduled this trip, and this location was a great fit. The fact that all of the amenities were available at such low costs truly shocked me.

Very bad experience, room cleanness is very bad, no tv remote in room, ac not, working, no towel no hand shop, and room tariff is 1550, totel waste of money, we husband and wife checkout this property within hours, nd then book another property, i suggest to guests plz of u want a good stay then this property never choose

The room i got was soo nice that i enjoyed the beauty of outer scenes from my room itself. The location was soo beautiful.

It was easy to access the booking, the staff helped us with all the local tourist options, offering great insights.

The room actually was clean and tidy, and the bedroom was well-organized with a comfortable bed and fresh blankets and bed sheets.

The hotel gave me a very nice room and the staff assistance was commendable. Good staff here very impressed. I have rated the place 5 star for i did not find any fault througout. Our stay

. included breakfast after adding amount of rs 300... I paid that amount but hotel denied for breakfast... also didn't refunded the breakfast amount..

I am not happy with my previous stay with kachnar house. Boys were roaming around with no privacy at all, no water bottle provided from the hotel, extra charge for everything, not safe for females. I will not recommend it for couples i would request hotel management please take care,

Nice for short time stay. Rooms are ckean and hygienic and also not much exoensive. Only problem is limited wifi data. Also food not allowed from outside and their food price is very high.

1- room were having used condoms and checkin time was 12 and they gave room at 4pm and on top of that they gave free condom in cupboard and used one too and when we complained they were not having any answers, men are roaming 24 hour around your so there’s no privacy at all and it’s not safe for a girl at all, stay away couples and girls for sure otherwise you will risk yourself

They deny all the vouchers like my booking was for all meal plans which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, they denied everything to give, also the rooms are dirty and shabby for stay, mosquitoes in room, ac not working, dirty washrooms, and what not. Smelling room, stain marks of what not on linens and i can surely say that this is not hotel but a place where people book for few hours and you got it what i want to say,

Worst bookings made with makemytrip. Second time experiencing this chaos. When we reach the property, they say makemytrip has not confirmed your stay, and we haven't received your booking. Very disappointed with this app. The hotel did not confirm our stay, we spoke to the customer care executive, who held us on call for 45 mins. After that, he said he'll give us a booking in some other booking 5 kms away. We had to cancel our booking at that point. Very bad experience.

The hotel guys refused to accept the bookings done. For a confirmed booking, they refused to allot a room. And when we called to confirm, they said they don’t accept online bookings. Am not sure if they will even read this review as they don’t hon-our online portals.

First he asked me how did you get such a booking. We are not available for that much. After many requests and arguments they agreed to accept my booking. And says we don't provide breakfast. Which is included in my booking i have paid for that but they are no provide me anything. Even towle. And the room was dirty bathroom also not clean geyser not working its totally disgusting.

The location is good. Best part they are having cafeteria with very good quality food. Staff is very cordial and cooperative. I enjoyed my stay and i can recommend others also to stay at low cost with best facilities.

There is no proper service in hotel. To was not working, bucket in the bathroom was broken, the door of bathroom was not close. Asked two times for water but they don’t even bother to provide the basic amenities.
