It was good, the service was fine and the amenities were there. The sheets needed to be cleaner but i am satisfied.

Horrible stay
Room was clean but the bedsheet and all was very dirty and tearing from the sides from which a dirty blanket was visible. When i asked for milk powder they simply said its over, asked for slippers they said we don’t have any. Behavior of staff was mixed, one guy was behaving good other guy denied my slipper and milk powder request. When i asked for tea, they provided but knocked without letting me open the door he came inside breaching my privacy.

Terrible Stay
familyTv was not working and even after constant reminders they did not recharge. There were no towels in the room and they provided the same after 6 pm in the evening after constant reminders. Room cleaning was also not proper.

Corridor not clean. Foul smeel. No lock to toilet. Geyser was not working. Very hard time spend on first day

Well room which was given was very small not like showed in hotel pics and ac was working fine but cleaning is not very good glass which was kept in room had staines in it and the breakfast area was really messy and it was open all insects were there sitting on glasses and other food items which was really unhygienic rest staff was good

Terrible Stay
soloAc was not working. Room was like a hot bath. All the heat from outside is just being sucked in the room. Room staff refused to change the room.

Poor Stay
The room was very, very small. No one can do anything in the room except sitting on the bed. It is the stain of oil in the cover of blankets, sheets and pillows. I said to change but did not change. I have changed the pillow covers only. There was not even a glass in the room. Had to speak for this thing.

The room was clean, with clean bedsheets and toiletries. All the appliances were working perfectly. Room services were quick. Breakfast was provided in the morning which was good. It was a good experience.

familyThe location of the hotel is in very dirty and dusty area. No parking is available. Room quality is also not good. As per my valuation of this room is less than 2000- per night.

soloThis property is registered under brand name treebo however it seems it is managed by the local hotel folks as bed sheets and blanket are dirty with stains all over them. The biggest setback was theft of my ear buds by the room service guy. I highlighted it several times however it was not given any heed and no action was taken. Treebo should inspect this property immediately and take necessary steps to maintain or cancel this property from their franchise.
