Review Of Hotel O Gracious Inn

Stayed there for two nights. The hotel lacks basic amenities like housekeeping and power backup. They intentionally disconnect the power for 10mins every 2-3hours ffs. What I expected any hotel to provide and was missing: 1. Linen weren’t changed any time in my stay 2. Room cleaning was not done (even prior my check-in, there were alcohol bottles and cigarette butts on the floor and the staff expected me to stay as is) 3. The room was so dirty, there were cockroaches and spiders with lots of cobwebs around the corners 4. The bathroom had no place to hang/keep your clothes which is f₹cking insane 5. The toilet had no jet spray or bidet so imagine the pain of washing after you’re done using the toilet 6. No complimentary hosiery (towels) or toiletries were provided 8. They have only one house boy functioning as a staff cum security who is a pain in the ass 9. Charge less when booking directly offline, state that “why did you book online, you should’ve come and booked directly with us” 10. The manager is somewhat polite but the “staff” is very rude and gross They’re close to CDRI, AKTU and an exam Center that’s their leverage but I would never recommend this of a place to anyone. Transport is cheap in Lucknow so kindly stay a bit away from these places and stay somewhere good and avoid these
