Terrible Stay
No amenities were provided to us which were mentioned at the time of booking. We were offered water in plastic reusable water bottles. No Iron, No Hair Dryer, No toiletries were present. We were denied breakfast despite showing them booking receipt where it was clearly mentioned that breakfast was included. customer care dissolved the issue by just telling that “ it is very rare but a technical glitch, nothing can be done in this case”. Horrible experience.

Good Stay
The stay was good, location of the property is also good,,,,only thing was that the mattress on the bed was not comfortable and room was quite conjested and not spacious enough for accommodating even three persons

Terrible Stay
The rooms and bathrooms were very good and value for money. But the breakfast and the staff were very horrible. I would only recommend this place if anyone wants to just stay fo r a night or two but not expect anything else like good breakfast and service.

all is good except
I found this property on mmt. This is a new property , so very neat n clean . But the response from reception may improve. The sound of some drunk people shouting and laughing loudly kept coming till 1-2 o'clock, this is a bit scary for a family. We reached there at 11 pm and we have 3 bag n 1 baby but no service was given by hotel to take our luggage, receptionist was not bothering for attending us, Food is good, rooms and washroom are good n clean

Average Stay
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay at the hotel. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms they were a bit smaller than I expected. Washroom is very clean but the toiletries are provided in are very average must be improved and dental and shaving must be. Additionally, the hotel didn't have on-site parking; instead, they arranged for parking about 100 meters away. While the room had an Android TV, I was disappointed to find that there was no internet access.

Bad Hotel in Lucknow DO NOT 🚫
pathetic experience, no service at all, very poor staff and management. I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this hotel. The poor condition, excessive noise, and unfriendly staff made my stay unpleasant. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service. I would not recommend it to anyone.
