Review Of Hotel Vishwanath

The room was ok but the staff though welcoming were not well trained for the industry. Cleanliness was the biggest issue particularly in the washroom, it was filled with water, stinky and dirty. Propert is old and electrical fixtures were in bad state particularly the geyser in washroom started sparking when turned on so could not use it. Will not be checking in to Hotel Vishwanath in Lucknow ever again after the experience given the price and ratings.

The rooms and bed sheets aren't tidy. Old type switches, broken tiles etc. Etc. No complementary water bottle is served. The locks are no doubt old fashioned but not functioning well. The bolts are all damaged and temporary adjustments are made. Only good thing is it is close to railway station and isbt.

Room is satisfactory but geyser was not working. Wifi signals are very weak. staff behaviour nice. Morning breakfast not satisfied

Room is not ok as per shown. Toiletries items are not proper in the room.

It is an old hotel. In busy area of lucknow. Maintenance is bad, shabby bathrooms dusty room and dirty bedsheets. Staff was supportive and readily changed the bedsheets. Needs lot of improvement.

Location is great, maintenance and other things like ac, linen etc needs much improvement. Except a small soap (1rs, 1 old towel no any other toiletries were provided. Services are not according to price

Hotel is very old but very spacious and connected to railway station and Bus stand, hotel fare is very high as compared to other websites facility.

It's like very old and no update furnishing and decorations of room and AC totally bad not cooling room so very bad stay there. Location is good and hotel room space is average but furniture not good, mattress not relaxing, TV module old and not of value for money

I want to ask you make my trip that why you people tie up with such absurd hotels. I booked a room for my close relatives who visited Lucknow after knowing that it has been rated 3+ by you. But when they checked into room, the room was so shabby. Even beds were so bad and uncomfortable that they were making lots of noise. When they complained about the problem the reception people stopped picking the phone calls. Also lots of mosquitoes were there and they could not sleep properly and seriously it was so embarrassing for me as the room was booked for them by me. MAKE MY TRIP it was really a worst experience for me and for my guests also. Very shameful.

Hotel is good with a market location. A nice value for money hotel. Hotel infrastructure is a bit old but still in good condition for a transit or a night or 2 stay. Nicely located in a market area and fairly near to metro station e. I charbagh.

Room size was good, more amenities can be added. Most important, location is awesome, very near by railway station and all facilities available on road. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Overall very great stay.

Upset, such hotel. Under MMT. Very poor in all aspects. Our room AC was not functioning properly, requested them for two days. But no response. Offered for room change, that too was not done dispute of assurance. Moreover their kitchen service was very bad. The rates charges different all the time the same thing called for. We landed paying more money for less while checking out. We got desperate and left after two night stay( booking was for three nights). Further, the card could not be swiped as their machine was not working. I demand fifty percent refund. Please delist this hotel. From MMT to save your positive.

Good comfortable stay. Food was good. No problem. Value for money. Near by location from railway station. Very near to all offices and my destination. Overall it was pleasant stay. Recommended to every one

Stay in hotel was comfortable. Room service is good. It is walking distance from Lucknow railway station. There is good parking space for cars. Free wi-fi is available. Rooms are clean and hygienic and room service is fast.

WiFi and tv were not working. WiFi signal was very poor. TV was very old crt model, screen was continuously blinking. I booked via MakeMyTrip so they showed two poor rooms and asked to select as they were sure booking is confirmed and payment is done. Room was very dirty. Only good thing about hotel is its location very near to Railway station.

Near to railway station, room is good and food was fine, room service is good, but the service tax is high and room maintain its not proper, 24 hours hot water, electricity, room service. Located in centre of the city
