The stay was good and the staff was nice. I would like to mention that the location of the hotel is very good. It is just Max 14 minutes away from Lucknow airport. I will stay again if I go to lucknow next time.

Service is so terrible we got notified earlier before booking that our check out will be by 12PM. But they made us check out 10AM. We have booked a room including breakfast but didn't get it.
