Great experience at Arth stays

facilities is good but food not available in facilities.

Worst stay , uncleaned rooms , dirty bedsheeets , dirty washrooms , not at all a good stay . The attendant is not at all professional

Stay was pleasant, no interruptions, all things taken care of in advance. Good service by the Arth.

The room was neat and clean. It was exactly same as shown in the picture. But there’s no service at all. After check in, the water bottles came after 3 hours and the tea/ coffee was not stocked. No reception counter only a person contacting through WhatsApp.

checked in late at about 11 pm and was checked in to room no 301 by host Nidhi. Firstly the room bed sheets were soiled and the room paint is all chipped . The bed sheets were stained and were in very bad shape . The toilet drain had hair all over and the room is full up of mosquitos and flies . Above all Nidhi took an hour an half to get me try another room in which the room attendant probably had dozed off on the bed while waiting . At 1 30 in the night I checked out and got a hotel room with very difficult condition and to my surprise Nidhi had only approved my refund of 50% and she kept lying that she had refunded my money at 1 30 when I called her some male answered the phone by saying I am the owner of Arth studios and I will only refund 50% money to which we had an argument and he hung up the phone as Nidhi didn’t allow him to complete the conversation . So in a nutshell the room is bad it’s misleading photos and she is a thug Lucknow after all is not left about any hospitality and manners . These people are very cheap in nature and mislead customers by showing fake pictures . Above all the support from make my trip is zero all they care is there commission from the owners and have zero tolerance to these harassment caused to consumer

perfect location full loaded apartments hygienic and cooperative staff. I will love to stay here again .

The place was good but the service and comfort in the room was average Wi-Fi was not connecting but ya it’s was fine

The place was good to stay. But what we face there, is below average service. During our stay we found lack of manpower. That’s why we didn’t receive required services. It’s not a complain rather realisation.

It was a very pleasant ambience and I loved the peace that the place offers .

The room and its ambiance was very lovely. There was not much noise. There is a perfect view from the balcony. I really liked the stay .definitely worty it thank you.........

interior of the place is very classy and aesthetic, overall experience of the place and guidance was easy going. host of the property is polite and very cooperative.

Great place outside environment is also decent

Bed sheet was with stain spotted & many hair found on pillow & washroom was not hygiene.

Everything is great, the cleanliness was superb, the bed was fully comfortable, I would like to visit next time too

The best stay. Room was clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom with a hot shower, big TV and great wifi. Both check-in and check-out were handled nicely.

Pleasant stay ! Recommended for a peaceful experience.
