The Shagun Comfort Stay | Luxury Studio Apartments

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room, washroom, and bed were dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell, reflecting very poor hygiene standards. MakeMyTrip incorrectly lists this property as a 3-star hotel, which is completely false and misleading for customers. There was no room service or basic amenities provided —. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bathroom of the property is ridiculous and the floor mat are in worst condition of dirt ,only bed and sofa is overall good but chair is dirty and towel is like 10 years old.Toilet is like ,I have to use outside by paying extra , because toilet sheet in not in condition to sit on it .

It was a very bad experience, although the caretaker tried to change rooms but basically the rooms are unhygienic i doubt they even clean rooms, with very dirty washroom

Room was ok but washroom was pathetic and having cleaning issues. Provided breakfast was not up to mark. Need to call again & again for breakfast. Waited long time for breakfast. Not satisfied with service of stay. Services - poor location is good amenities - average cleanliness - very poor

Property was not cleaned, Dust & bad smell was in property. Doors we were unable to close properly. Washroom was also dirty & not properly built. Bed sheets was like they never change.

पहला कारण था चाबी 2 घंटे लेट से मिला दूसरा कारण था उसका बाथरूम बहुत गंदा था तीसरा कारण है उसके बेड अच्छे नहीं थे रेट के हिसाब से बहुत ज्यादा महंगा था

Best service by hotel reception and cleanliness of room

The person who attended seems very friendly but the only issue was the cleanliness Bedshettes seemed dirty and the toilet also did not seem very tidy

terrible experience and would not recommend this place . The reasons are as follows : 1. Big parking problem , the hotel is situated in a thin lane and there isn't sufficient space to park the car. I had to park outside at the main road which was not safe to park the car and only until 12 am midnight found a little parking space in the thin lane near hotel 2. Bad Room Condition. There was no hot water, the geyser was not working, also strangely there was no switch to turn off one light in the room , finally the hotel staff wrapped towels to cover it during night time, plus there were other Petty issues in the room like no door handle for the bathroom etc 3. The hotel staff called at 8:00 am in the morning on the pvt mobile number to remind of check out and called repeatedly until picked up the call 4. No outside food is allowed in the hotel and you are not allowed to order food via zomato / Swiggy , so either eat at hotel or eat outside and then come to the hotel 4. overall the rooms and bathrooms were dirty . so in all terrible stay right from parking problem , to strangely one light do not have any switch to turn off, to cleanliness and staff calling on pvt number at 8 am in morning reminding for check out and also reminding for no outside food allowed. extremely inhospitable and not recommended to stay at all
