Good service,Very polite behaviour of staff.Peacefull environment,And locality is very good,Every imp places are nearby

Bed was not clean, extra charges for every thing, bad breakfast. No buffe service for breakfast and dinner

Ac is not working properly service is very slow I don’t know why. This is my first and last time in this hotel even rates are totally different as compare to mmt

Property is located at Main Road and very near to Kamta Chowk and Awadh Bus Stand. Property is good however their bathrooms needs good maintainance. You can choose this property if travelling for office purpose 1 night types

Worst experiance of hotel service found food get after 3 hrs ordered these things suffered every time with this worst and poor service due to this i missed my important works because i have not received brakfast at time i order breakfast at 8.00 clock food received at 10.30 due to this i left room without breakfast same thing is with dinner ordered at 8.30 pm food get at 11.15 pm.bathroom tab was leakage water was coming very slowely coming drop of water from the tab dur to this we are not able to bath properly gieser was not working due to this bath with cold water in this season i will suggest every person do not book the room in this hotel

Overall pleasent stay with good service. Staff also very attentive and quite prompt in response. Full marks
