This hotel is very nice. I stayed with a couple. The cleanliness is excellent, and the food is very good. The security and safety are excellent. The staff is very good, and the service is fast.

No Toiletries No centre table Housekeeping was not done my entire stey No safe and no Cup board Gieser is not working No News paper and not accepted for a minimum time of 1 hr extra for check out even though my check in was late at 5 40 pm How do you expect to depend again on your app You should check with the list of amenities they are offering in real time at least once in a year This is almost pulling down the trust in your app

The Hotel was located a little far away from the main roads. Staff were polite and ac, wifi was working well but there was an issue of infestation by insects like cockroaches

Hotel Manohar Palace is mind blowing as it is situated in the centre of the city , the staff was very good , polite , helpful, knowledgeable.. room was good and food was awesome.

Location is excellent . Near Durgapuri metro station. it is neat and clean. Food is also okay. market is nearby. staffs are polite. overall experience was good.

The property is easily accessible and near the Lucknow junction and Lucknow Charbagh railway stations. It's at a walking distance from both of them. 5/5 I did not try the food. Rooms were clean and maintained. Though it appeared that rooms lacked ventilation. If you have a stay of a couple of days, it might become depressing in such rooms. Bathroom was also clean. Staff was cooperative and welcoming. Room also had a full length mirror. Things which can be improved - 1. Bathroom slippers should be provided in each room. 2. The staff and workers were making a lot of noise on the floor above my room which was irritating. 3. There was no storage space/ cupboard provided. 4. Bedsheets were clean but somehow had 2-3 very tiny red/ black insects. They bit me on my legs and hands before I realised that there were these very tiny insects. This was the worst part of the stay. 5. As per the size, ventilation and facilities provided in the rooms, the price was very high. Amenities and services - 2/5

The property has a good room service facility and the staff are very friendly, well behaved and cooperative. The room has all the good stuffs. I have been repeating here thrice adding this time.
