Location are not good, road are also not good , hotel light is cut al time ,AC is working not much good, room key is also damaged

Overall, it's a decent property. The rooms allotted bookings are located in the basement and are slightly small in size. However, they were clean and well-maintained. One major drawback is the slow maintenance and housekeeping services. Due to limited staff, room cleaning and corridor maintenance are delayed. As a result, used utensils from room service are often left outside for hours, creating an unpleasant sight for other guests walking through the corridors. The staff is polite and supportive, but service efficiency needs improvement, especially in responding promptly to guest requests. Parking is available on the street. A significant issue is the frequent power cuts — and unfortunately, the air conditioning doesn’t function on the backup generator, which can be quite uncomfortable.

no service person,no proper water supply,no coat stand,no proper behaviour from servicemen,no proper doormat and nothing was proper.the stay was terrible.

The hotel room was way too small, pictures are different. The comforter is way too dirty. The washroom is clean. A c working fine. From the main road to the hotel road is totally damaged and filled with water. Risky for small vehicles. Service was good.

No information abut my booking. All rooms r already engaged for a marriage party. I was told that he has not any information abut my booking by make myc trip is rediculous. After so many arguments simple room is given instead of delux room. No room heater or blower provided. Only one blanket is provided in such a cold days. No attendant in late hours and in early days so problematic iin checking out. Finally it is very poor/bad experience. When checking out there is no any attendant and has to leave room opened as my next journey is going to disturb. I left in early morning abut 5:30 am have not taken any breakfast but it is included in my booking. I have paid lunch

Rooms weren’t neat. Bedsheets were shabby. Wc had residue of previous use. Bathroom tiles had stains of paan. Breakfast was limited and if asked for omelet they charged for it for breakfast. Had to ask for complimentary water bottle. Ppl were rude at the reception. And they never knock the door, they just try to open everytime i ask for room service.
