ANR Hotels

I booked Twin Bed Premium Executive Category which is thier Top Category Room. and I paid much for that but They gave me Lower Category Room. Firstly said we will shift your room in afternoon once it is vacant. But after that they denied for that. They charged me for Tea with Ant. There was huge Miss Communication among the staff. I saw around 5-6 different Managers sitting on reception. I had to explain my concern again and again to everyone but still no one gave me my room which I booked for.

The hotel is good with good cleanliness, food is good hygenic and there is lot of variety the staff is very friendly and helpful the location is good close to the railway station and price is reasonable the room is clean and washroom are clean too

The hotel was good and it had very good hospitality too, and their room service was also good just not fast. the food was costly but it was worth the money because it was very tasty. The room was also too neat & clean

Food services they reduced, if they are taking good amount of money than they should provide proper and good dental kit and shaving kit. Shaving kit is of very poor quality, no one can use. They are charging full and now focusing on cost cutting day by day.

Overall, the stay was good and comfortable. I had stayed at this hotel once before, in 2023. I would rate it 9. 5 out of 10.

I stayed at Hotel ANR in Lucknow and had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioner in my room was not working, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially in this heat. I reported the issue to the staff multiple times, but they were completely unresponsive and didn’t take any action. The lack of basic service and poor customer support ruined my stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience

Room was decent. For the price it was not as good. Room was decently cleaned. Staff was very polite and helpful.

They show the 24 hr checkin-checkout facility by giving you a time slot as per your convenience to book the rooms but then we u choose accordingly & checked in they tell u to check out on their standard time of 12 pm,no matter if u had checked in by taking slot of 6 pm..even on contacting them ,they don’t give you the proper answer..genuinely pathetic experience of booking with this hotel

Both the Receptionists were polite and very cooperative Room services were good and food quality was good and tasted like homemade food Bedsheet and blanket was ok ok not that clean Other Room facilities are good overall stayed very comfortably

My stay at ANR was exceptional. The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top notch. A perfect experience, I highly recommend this hotel ❤️

Its a good property located near charbagh station. One of the most prominent feature was cleanliness, not only at room level but in whole building and also prompt service on call. Food quality is good, prices are a bit high as compared to local market but its okay if you are ordering food from comfort of your room. One suggestion - although, you have provided all those amenities which you mentioned on the booking voucher but it will be good if you keep those in the room before the arrival of the guest and he should not ask you every time on call after returning back to hotel as it seems odd to call daily for tea satches, soaps etc. Still, i will recommend this property for its positive reasons and it is value for money.

Nice hotel. Service is good. Food also very nice very quilty safe and secure to our family.

The rooms at an r was a bit small otherwise everything was good specially food and the hospitality was excellent.
