Hospitality was not as expected. The parking facility was not available as lots of bookings(marriage) were held during the stay. Struggling to park the car in resort, Car parked outside the hotel for a day. Variety of food (breakfast)are quit less as expected. Room service was ok.. but accessory provided was quite less for 2 persons ( toothpaste/brush) tea coffee etc..

Terrible Stay
They charged 1000 bucks extra for the kid who was mentioned in guest list while booking. Allotted us room with non funtional AC. Even after repeated plea to transfer us to a room with functional AC, no response from hotel side. The AC was restored by 12.00am, till then we were awake. Food was just okay. All in all a terrible experience.

I have booked the hotel with meals but MMT says its without meal. And said we are give compensation 2k for next booking. Currently i have not seen in the app. Now MMT is fake

Too supportive and professional staffs and very well managed property
I had mixed mindset after reviewing many negative reviews and I must say it's best place to stay. Too supportive and professional staffs and very well managed property. Rooms are very clean and spacious. resort itself is very beautiful. Restaurant staffs and meals to very good. Over all for me, it is easily comparable with Howard plaza agara. Stay will never be regretted. I had mixed mindset after reviewing many negative reviews and I must say it's best place to stay. Too supportive and professional staffs and very well managed property. Excellent non star hotel with 5star rating. 5stars- Definitely recommended.
Very good property with reasonable rate near to plassio mall, lulu mall and stadium. Very good breakfast and service. I will say if you want reasonable good hotel near this place definitely go for it. It's a Sindhi owner well expected from him for customer focus. Fully satisfied.

Excellent hotel, economical and excellent too, I would like to come here every time, The food was also delicious, but I would like to tell the hotel management that for single person stay, there should be arrangement of half plate as well apart from full plate otherwise food gets wasted Otherwise I would like to give this hotel 10 out of 10 marks.
