property is just 1 km from rly station and in center of all pilgrims. staff are very and cooperative.

The rooms were slightly smaller than what I had expected. But other than that rest everything was good. The staff was very helpful. The food was good. Place was clean and overall we had a comfortable stay.

Behaviour of manager very rude & no proper response. Poor room with dust on floor. No cleaning. Broken small Almirah cannot keep clothes due to huge dust. I use news paper in Almirah to keep my clothes. Huge mosquito after many requests got a allout. Wash room not clean. Very difficult to sleep over night. In morning refused to provide the breakfast for that I paid Rupees 200 while booking the room in MakeMyTrip trip. We didn't get the breakfast and rudely told my owner instructed to me don't give the break fast who booked the room We left the hotel without taking break fast . I hope Makemy trip refund the cost of breakfast to me.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was extremely disappointed. The room was nothing like the photos — it was small, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom had a lingering unpleasant smell. The air conditioning barely worked, and the noise from the hallway kept me up most of the night. To make matters worse, the staff seemed uninterested in helping when I raised these concerns. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean and comfortable room, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet even the basic standards. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We booked two rooms and in one room AC was not working and shower also not working in both rooms. Totally our experience was poor

Room was good beddings ok gyser and tv not working for winter no arrangement of blower and air was coming from windows and proper sealing is not window in windows

It was a pathetic stay of mine. . The room was pathetic with a broken bed. The sockets were not working the tv was not working. The washroom was pathetic with no handwash and proper water in fact tha toilet seat was not clean and the flush was not working. I'll never stay there again.
