soloHorrible experience. no dinner, no breakfast , no lunch was provided. No toileteries were provided. mosquitos. No proper response from hotel reception. towel and water were provided only on demand. No laundry facility. having paid for lunch, dinner and breakfast. i ordered it on swiggy and incurred additional costs. i even informed the help centre. i want my refund of money

The rooms were spacious enough for 2 to 3 people. The foods were great, but the location in the app is not correct, we booked uber to go to the hotel but it was completely different, at dawn suddenly the ac, fan got cut off suddenly though they fixed it later. Overall it was not bad but ok

Dirty bedsheet, blankets, no intercom, very ordinary hotel and not worth for the price. Does not good for even average travelers

The rooms were clean, very comfortable & safe to stay, the staff behaviour was good and supportive too. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here in lucknow.
