Rooms are neat and clean, support staff is friendly and helpful to guide your queries, Elegance Suites, Gomti Nagar is located in a good area getting auto is bit difficult but you can opt out for app based auto & cabs, overall good stay. Thank you team elegance suites.

Given the pricing, this was the best stay I could find, location was great, host was good, cleanliness could be better but you cant get everything in this price. Parking space was less so if you are coming in full season then it might be challenging

Hotel was good, with ample space in the room and spacious washroom. There was only the issue of no current as there were no lights for sometime but backup was soon initiated. Food and breakfast was alright for the prices

Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. The staff is courteous. No restaurants nearby though. One has to take a cab to go to explore restaurants.
