Good Stay
Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Food was prepared as per our taste. Special thanks to Mr. Rajkumar for taking care with respect to taste of family.

Poor Stay
Rude behaviour of the receptionist. They don’t supply house keeping stuff like hairoil if you ask , & even they don’t bother to u fine that they don’t keep such things . Moreover they allocated lower catagory room with the promise that they will change days after which they never did, this hotel is very busy with lot of corporate clients & they take their customer granted , will not recommend for anyone book who want peaceful stay

Excellent Stay
Room was nice and clean. We were here only for one night so didn’t explore lot of hotel amenities. Location is pretty good and would recommend it for others.

Excellent Stay
The accommodation was really nice and staff members were very supportive. The restaurant staff waited and provided delicious food at 11pm, though closing time was 10:30pm. We haven't taken any photos

First of location is good. Second food is very nice. Service is very excellent. I have a very good experience of this hotel. I have prefer of any relation hold in lucknow please stay of pinnacle.

familyRoom was quite big & amenities and infrastructure is well maintained. Only drawback is window not available. Rest everything was fine, good food, good response by the room service team. One more problem was there's a stinking of old rooms, typically.

Pathetic stay
The infra of the hotel is fine but the staff is very unprofessional. And very laid back they don’t help you they won’t initiate any help. Pathetic staff and pathetic services. There was no one to even help us bags even.

Poor room quality
Wash room has extra exhaust opening of other room due to which cigarette smoke enters room. Mattress are sagged and window curtain are not proper early morning light comes in. The drawers opens up as its movement is free. Room was not ready as we check inn late at around 3 pm.

Good clean hotel
Clean rooms, good room service, excellent food. Location far from city. Far from main city attractions, but all the facilities are available. Excellent breakfast.

Poor Stay
familyI stayed for 2 days, 3 members, one room. Service not upto the mark, 3 star hotel, providing one liter water for the day for 3 persons. Other consumables also provided only after asking with them. Even third bed was provided after request only and not by itself when they have already charged for it. Even ro water not supplied against request also. Bad experience, i will not suggest
