Overall the stay was decent. It started off a little rough. The location of the hotel is horrible. But from inside it was decent given the price. They gave an extra mattress free of charge but the overall hygiene of the place was a little subpar.

Terrible Stay
When I visited this hotel the cockroaches were roaming all over the floor and on the bed.The hotel staff did not care when we complained to them . So we immediately left the hostel and booked another one

Just so so , they provide water and towel and soap that’s good other stuff so so , but yeah it is near railway station

Comfortable Stay
Hotel Megha is very near (walking distance) to Charbagh Station. The staff is very polite and humble. The room and bedsheet were clean. The food was good. However the amenities are not up to the mark. Rooms required some maintenance but It was a comfortable stay.

The location is good, the staff are very polite. The room contains the required facilities, ac is centralized which the customer cannot control with the remote itself, it can be remote control, then it is good. Got a properly cleaned room. Also, the room tariff is very much genuine as per the available facilities. Overall experience is good. Thanks

Very unpleasant experience. Poor customer service. The receptionist doesn't know about customer services and was arguing over not having a hard copy of ID of one of the guests. Rooms were not maintained properly. The pillow covers were untidy.
