1. The room's condition was not at all good, door was broken that too at the door lock where anyone could enter the room by breaking the lock, a serious safety and privacy issue. 2. The false sealing was broken too, giving the customer a clear hint that the MakeMyTrip properties are poorly managed. 3. TV was working....even after complaining multiple times they didn't paid attention. 4. Bedsheet linen was not changed ever since I checked the hotel, even though I asked them to do so. 5. Room was not cleaned.

Terrible Stay
This is the worst hotel experience till date. The list of issues are long but i will mention a few I ordered tea at evening which never came The bathroom ran out of water twice in a day Linen was dirty has hairs all over the place Complimentary items are also not provided The kettle provided was smelling like someone boiled gutter water in it

The room was not clean. Some of the panels were broken. No water bottles provided. The mattresses had some spiders.

Good Stay
happy with the service. the room which was offered to me at first felt claustrophobic so I asked to change. after 1 hour they shifted us to another room and that room was excellent. food was also good. staff was also polite and helpful. overall a satisfactory experience. will definitely recommend.

Loved the overall vibe here. The bathroom was clean with good toiletries, and the rooftop café gave relaxing views of the city. Felt safe, taken care of, and would happily stay again.

Worst experience with this treebo riddhi paradise ... very rude behaviour of staff.... If you believe on reviews i will suggest you please never go to this hostel for stay in this price range you will get more n more good quality and service at any other place ..... so much problem at the time of check inn after a advance booking... plz don’t visit this hotel save your money
