AC wasn't working. It was hot day

Staff behaviour is good. Neat n clean room. Kitchen service is also good. A good stay at this price.

Rooms are not in very good conditions bedsheets have spots, bedsheets have hole, and in bed there are bugs which is not hygienic and under bed there were lot of garbage and dusts they shut down the ac and tv and we have to call them during the stay to turn it on i think this is not good if you are paying them good amount i think we should not tell them for these things there are lot of improvements need to be done in this hotel

I arrived at the hotel early at around 7 am and the manager politely explained the situation to me as they had a wedding ceremony scheduled to take place on that day. He asked me to wait and meanwhile offered me a complimentary tea. After an hour he gave me the room. The location is near the railway station & the staff is friendly as well.

Room provided was not the room booked. Horrible rooms with dust. Bathroom was not good. Ac not working properly.

Booking of hotel by mm t was good decision. As per the voucher amenities and services were very good. Food of the hotel catering was far better than other restaurants at the same location. Hotel staff were also cooperative. Being a budget hotel at the prime location of charbagh railway station is one of the best options. Only one thing is advisable to ensure safety because i have not found any guard at main entrance and also the fire safety.

They provide us ordinary room. They doesn't not provide us a premium rooms. Very disappointed. Very bad experience.
