They were not allowing us to take food from outside It is clearly written in the hotel policy that outside food is allowed I showed it to the hotel manager But he was saying,our hotel is not collaborated with make my trip and I do not know what make my trip write in hotel policy

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the city

The location of the hotel is very good. Its a good location hotel for business visits UPSIDC. The staff is helpful and considerate. They listen to issues and resolve them, if any. There is a good market near to the hotel for daily needs.

Rooms are okay. The cleanliness of room and toilet is good. Staff is also friendly as one would like to be. Inside parking is available. Food is good. We were a large group occupying several rooms

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my large family, and i must say, the experience was exceptional. The food was excellent, and the ambiance added a delightful touch to our evening. With a big family, it can be challenging to satisfy everyone's tastes, as our preferences slightly varied. However, shivendra kumar, a staff member, handled our situation brilliantly. He not only managed our diverse requests with great efficiency but also suggested some fantastic dishes that everyone enjoyed. Shivendra's professionalism and humble attitude truly stood out. His attentive and courteous service made our dining experience memorable. Initially, i was inclined to rate our visit 4 stars, but shivendra's exceptional service compelled me to give a full 5-star rating. Shivendra's assistance makes it an unbeatable combination. I will definitely be referring familys to experience this wonderful place and shivendra exemplary efforts

Terrible exp, not good for family and business travelers, they even close the entrance gate at 10 then u need to call them again and again

Check in experience very worst, after successfully booking they take many approvals, asking how much i paid to makemytrip, they always do this

Not a good service the ac was not working, the bed was also not comfortable, electricity problem

They charged extra 1500 for the room for checkin nd

No toiletries or towels were provided. I booked for a delux room but it was not suitable for 2 adult and a baby bed was very small. Room was pathetic. It was not like it was shown in photograph. They don't have a kitchen or dining area. I had to wait for 1 hour for hot water for my babies food preparation. So i checked out imidietly. Money wasted. No toiletries or towels were provided.
