Very bad stay experience
Worst rooms, not maintained since long. Bad experience in my 2 days stay in this hotel. First time I have seen that TV is not working and to our surprise the door lock was broken. Fans making sound, towels are dirty and overall room was untidy. Will never recommend FAB Hotels in future.

Worst experience. Don't waste your money here, look for alternatives
Worst property to stay at. Rude and irresponsible staff; Unhygienic and filthy bedsheets, pillows, bathroom condition, walls; Terrible food; No proper cleaning of the property.

Terrible Stay
Very Bad Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. Even worse, the hotel owner was arrogant and. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel at all costs. There are many better and more respectful options nearby. Don’t risk your peace and safety – book elsewhere.

worst ever hotel to stay
Get ready to be welcomed with rude behaviour which will be continued through out your stay . From pathetic food to getting charged for anything you ask . They will serve u paratha which was decided by them to serve u free of cost in breakfast and then charged for asking curd with that paratha . This hotel is a joke .

family with 1 kidEven after mentioning 2 adults and 1 child, they were initially denying to offer breakfast for the child. After showing voucher they allowed for the BF. And for BF they have only paratha and tea to offer and nothing else. Their menu is quite costly. Washroom didn’t have hand towel or toilet papers.

good hotel, can do
while hotel is near and rooms are good, they should give 24 hrs check out,, now, even if you check in late around 10 pm, check out is at 11 am, else extra Rs 200/hour is levied,, that's not fair
