Food was good , location is also ok, staff are good , Deluxe room is slight small. Overall the stay was ok

in all terms it's a good property with clean rooms, helpful staff and good food ..........

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel — as always, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and made the stay comfortable. However, this time I found the food quality a bit below expectations, which was slightly disappointing compared to my previous visits. I hope the team will improve on this aspect next time. Other than that, everything else was really good, and I look forward to staying here again.

We stayed here for a 4 day business trip and it turned out to be one of the best hotels that we have stayed in India. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is polite and friendly. They served delicious breakfast too. I liked the location of this hotel as well.

The stay was descent, I am really grateful for the late checkout they allowed for 1.5 hours. The food was good, considering the price point. The main issue for rating 3 was the bed it was very springy. Further ventilation needs some improvement.

Worthy. Famale can stay solo without fear. Worthy to stay. Female solo traveller can stay without any problem.

Room size seems to be fine. But can't cooperate with smelly bed sheets at all. Food options less. Hardly 3 dishes including bread butter

I had a very bad experience, there was a continuous disturbance of drilling machine, through out night and i could not sleep, even a minute

Bathroom door stuck when i was inside. Had to call house keeper n come out. Changed the room. The second room had water seepage from the airconditioner. Hotel is located in a narrow busy road in the corner.

I and my wife came to lucknow on 9th nova 24. Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Great people. Excellent service and place.

The room had a strange smell or stench of dampness. Everything else was fine. The person answering room service phone calls and reception should be more polite and professional. I asked him if they would provide packaged water or a jug of filtered drinking water. Instead of saying that both are available, the person says "aapka kya chahiye aap woh bataiye". This is a slightly unprofessional way of dealing with guests in the hospitality business. A part of the ceiling requires paintwork or repair. Picture attached. this was less than satisfactory. Clean and non smelly air is most important and a basic requirement.
