The rooms were terrible. No cleanliness at all in rooms. Bathrooms were horrible. Cleanliness.. Less said the better. Will not recommend to anyone.

Breakfast is not ready on time it's been delayed and the staff is making lame excuses and staff is missing behaviour with the guest.

Location was great but hotel is very old, needs to be fully renovated. This time the room given was pathetic, rats were running, very noisy, poor service

Location of this property attracts. It is very near to vidhan sabha and sachivalaya. Also a metro station to come from railway station. Low budget, good food, decently maintained but a bit old property.

Stayed for my business trip. Staff is courteous, good food. Overall nice stay. Location near सचिवालय is perfect. Best part is connectivity with metro very near to it.

Room was ok. Intercom not working. No mosquito repelent. Food is fine but food service timing is not good. Heated water was there.

Pay for everything, and get nothing. No dental kit, no shaving kit, no sleepers and much more totally nonsense

Store location is good it is near to hazratganj and railway and bus stand but hotel condition is poor, it need renovation. Service staff are pathetic. It is available on cheaper cost than mm t price, so do not book, not recommended to book on high price.

The hotel location is very good, hospitality is also good. I have traveled with my friends for attending a meeting in lucknow. The centre place of lucknow. Familiar atmosphere of hotel shows its good its performance. Staff are so cool. Cleaning is very good but bathroom conditions are satisfactory.

Bathroom are not like as a hotel. Terrible & shock-able cleaning.

It was terrible experience property very old and rooms smelling even soap and shampoo was not there. Blankets was not covered by bed sheet and by uses others too.

Initially the room allotted to me, its toilet was extremely filthy, even worst then public toilet. It was totally choked and was full of 3-4 days old laterine. Later on upon my complaint, room was changed. In that room also, bathroom was giving very foul smell, caused severe haedache. Linen were totally dirty. A. C. Was also not working properly. In nutshell, it was terrible experience to stay in that hotel.

Location, food service all areas are disgusting

There is no hygiene food, dusted room. Special food no test and you will be i'll after taking there food. I m very disappointed from there

First the services are so poor never connected to customer care and for the said complimentary breakfast i had to pay for that
First the complimentary breakfast i had at hotel, i had paid for that alleged complimentary breakfast, second- service of mm t is so bad that they will never connect you to the customer care

Rooms were pathetic, the image just fools the customers, location was bad, there was no parking and the rooms were extremely terrible

Room need some more upgradation
