about maple leaf it is situated in the centre of the city I love that about staff they are helping and caring and all were good for me .

poor room conditions..no timely service even if called at reception..no cooperation..do not suggest thus hotel for stay from next time onwards

I stayed at The Maple Leaf for over 10 days while my father was admitted to Nishat Hospital, right next to the hotel. The only positive is its location near the hospital. Everything else was extremely disappointing. The rooms are unhygienic, bathrooms are poorly designed with broken toilets and washbasins, and the shower area is very inconvenient. Room service was completely mismanaged — delayed every time and required multiple reminders. The front office staff is not at all customer-friendly and shows no empathy towards guests, even in sensitive situations. On top of this, the security personnel were never available at the main gate. No one helped with parking, and guests had to carry their own luggage to the reception. For a hotel, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend The Maple Leaf to anyone, except if you absolutely need a place right next to Nishat Hospital.

Excellent and great superb experience .... The stay has been comfortable and great and the food is also delicious

Location is convenient and surrounded by restaurants and eateries ...decent rooms ....haven't tried property food but find it on little expensive side....tea coffee provision in rooms is quite useful .....easy to find transportation at this location

The shower was not working properly and the flush didn't work at all it was a disaster one of the bedsheets was not clean either

Worst experience in the last 12 years, hospitality is known for welcoming guests, but in this hotel from junior to senior, all the staff are very much rude and egoistic. Initially, i spoke to them, but after some time, i left to discuss anything and went to the room. i stayed only 30 min in the room, and due to lots of negativity, i walked away from the hotel. it's terrible welcoming. regards Atul pandey

It is good but more needs to be done to treat customers all Food service is good and parking area is ok

The stay at the maple leaf was very bad The commode flush was not working, no service in the room whether for glasses or for ice cubes.

everything is good but they sold 1 ltr water bottle 65 rs which mrp is only 20 rupees. Nice behaviour of all staff and the room is also hygienic.
