I stayed at The Maple Leaf for over 10 days while my father was admitted to Nishat Hospital, right next to the hotel. The only positive is its location near the hospital.
Everything else was extremely disappointing. The rooms are unhygienic, bathrooms are poorly designed with broken toilets and washbasins, and the shower area is very inconvenient. Room service was completely mismanaged — delayed every time and required multiple reminders. The front office staff is not at all customer-friendly and shows no empathy towards guests, even in sensitive situations.
On top of this, the security personnel were never available at the main gate. No one helped with parking, and guests had to carry their own luggage to the reception. For a hotel, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
Overall, I would not recommend The Maple Leaf to anyone, except if you absolutely need a place right next to Nishat Hospital.
