extremely poor service at reception. Washroom was dirty. broken tap and stool. bedsheets and towels stained and replacement were even more stained. Charged extra for complementary breakfast for 3 days.

Charged for complementary breakfast. washroom was not clean. stained bedsheet and towel were provided and when complaint given to reception they sent replacement which were even more stained. Bathroom tap was broken and room not changed despite staying for 3 days.

We arrived at midnight, and despite being told about an extra bed, they refused to provide one. Additionally, they didn’t offer any toiletries or water bottles and bedsheets were not at all fresh. Although we had booked, they argued with us, saying, "OYO doesn't provide these things, and told us not to." They were completely uncooperative and unwilling to listen to us, responding with, "hum bolre vesa hi hoga and apko jisse baat karni ho ya complain karni ho karlo”.

Room was pretty decent according to rates. Front desk service was very poor. Had to ask for towel more than five times and top of that the intercom was not working. So every time you need something you have to walk to the reception. Asked for food menu and not provided. Had to order from zomato they refused to provide empty plates. Finally they did but after some arguments. So if you are a budget traveler and not habitual to good hospitality then this hotel is okay otherwise you will be disappointed.

The stay here was decent and we can order food to the room and It was also good. I rate the hotel as decent

The stay at madhuvan hotel was excellent. Mr. Satish was very helpful and kind. Things were provided properly.

Horrible experience with this property.1st of all, its a oyo property which is not even mentioned else i wouldn’t have booked it. Hotel is exactly opposite rating and reviews. Unhygienic hotel ever. Rooms with full of lizards everywhere. Bed has stains ( of course what can you expect from oyo rooms ) ! We reached hotel at 4am due to flight delay, there was no manager to attend at the property. One cleaning boy just opened 3 rooms and refused to help with our luggage till the rooms. Drinking water on a charge basis. We tried contacting manager who refused to help with clean rooms and asked us to adjust. Unfortunately we just got false promises that if we will checkout before 10.30am , our money will be refunded. We checked out on time but then the real game started by properly owner. After multiple follow ups we just got a confirmation of receiving 50% amount against what we paid! Our day was wasted insearch of a new hotel, had to pay extra money for last minute new booking plus the loss of money on previous booking. Apart from this, mental and emotional stress. Without any of our fault. Very disappointing experience. How to trust their reviews and rating anymore to book anything further!

The hotel is in a village which is out of city. Incorrect location in google map. Very far from the location in the google. The direction is not clear and the bkfts provided was not upto the mark

We stay in this beautiful property situated slightly at the outskirts of the city . we were welcome warmed by Mr Tiwari.Things were taken care off by him . One big regret is we booked room with breakfast however both the days were not provided break fast by the hotel . we were 4 member of family and booked two rooms for two nights . checked in on 11th of October at 5.30 pm and check out on 13th October 2 pm . Hotel staff should have reminded me of breakfast and same should have been provided .

The check-in process was smooth. The staff was very polite and helpful especially Mr. Satish Tiwari. Definitely recommend the stay here.
