Parking problem wait till midnight to end the party then parking space they provide Staff was good but they are not providing cold drinking water may be there is no provision for cold water

Poor Stay
Hotel has not basic facilities like mineral water, body wash nas shampoo in washroom even electric cattle is also not working welcoming is also not appreciated at time of check in.

Overall good stay but room tariffs are little higher
Location of property is good in front of metro station, room tariff is little higher, staff behaviour is also good, nearby market area.

Very Horrible experience
1. Washroom was smelling and was not clean. 2. There was too much of external noise which was disturbing our stay both in day and night time. 3. Staff was demanding for a proof of couple and agreed only after we showed our family photos with our kid. This was a sheer harassment. 4. Bedding was of very bad quality and condition, stains all over with very unpleasant smell. I will never recommend this stay even to my enemies.

This Hotel near by My working place, and I stay in this Hotel more time so my experience very good service in this hotel. All employees in this Hotel very active and helpful so I like Bandhan hotel in Lucknow.
