Terrible stay, there was lots of noice at night, no ventilation in room, and they are directly opening gate with bell, also food was very bad quality and food cost is too much high.

The check in experience was awful. Waited around an hour to get checked in. Really unhelpful staff.

Excellent hosts, nice staff, timely service, neat and tidy. No fuss stay. Highly recommended. Good for all.

Hotel charged me an extra amount for early check-in which is not good as per make my trip early check-in is free if room available and room was available there and they charged me rs. 414 extra.

Hospitality was poor, bedding was dirty bedsheet and blanket, fooding was also not good. Not recommended at all.

I stayed here alone for five nights and had a peaceful stay. Location: it's around 500 mtr from the lucknow junction and in between 2 metro stations. The area is relatively less crowded. Hygiene: over all hotel is nice and professionally managed. Staff is good and supportive. It's a decent place to stay for family. Saftey: very safe to be in this area. Important point to note that the owner of this place is a female who is actively managing the place. Hence the staff is proactive and services are good. For female travellers this is a really positive point. Food: i just ordered tea which was nice.

We got booking confirmation of 3 rooms, when we reach hotel they denied to give 1 room due to lower price after booking confirmation. They need difference amount. Whose mistake ? but i suffered

I have done booking with complementary breakfast for which i had paid extra amount. But hotel has charged for the breakfast.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, well behaved staffs. Very near to railway station. One can stay with family aswell.

Location wise it’s good but the service road connecting to the hotel from the main road was very bad. Food is overpriced and not so tasty. Hygiene wise it’s very standard. They haven’t had provided the towels nor any shampoos and bath essentials.

The guy was not able to convey that i just need to call your support so that you will pay the difference tariff amount. He even showed that others also has paid extra. He did not convey the fact that there was some issue in receiving the diffrrence

We had to pay extra rs780- at the property for 2 nights over and above the paid amount Kindly arrange to return this payment

Rooms were good but service was a little slow. They charged an extra amount which made it a discomforted stay. Food from hotel was street like. Hygiene was maintained, rooms were clean.

We booked our hotel using mm t and we got confirmation for our booking, but when we reached the hotel they said they have not yet received the payment form mm t and hence they cant allocate room. I had to talk to mm t customer care and raise this issue. After waiting for half n hour. They said even if mm t confirms the payment they cant provide room as they do not have rooma available the mm t booking price. We jade to pay extra to get the room
